From our homebase Maasbracht

From its foundation in 1938, Antonius is a leading producer of complex shapes and special products in exotic and special materials. We operate worldwide on five continents from our home-base in Maasbracht, the Netherlands, where our production facility is located. Our main markets are Oil&Gas, Chemical Process industry, Power Generation, Pulp&Paper and Food.

By applying our manufacturing knowledge and experience to your product designs at an early stage of the engineering process we improve your time to market and are able to accurately predict production costs.

Company history

Antonius’ heritage is about the intersection of engineering and manufacturing. Our extensive knowledge of production processes and construction allows us to help our clients adapt their product or parts to at-scale production. Subsequently, Antonius can either manufacture it or oversee production at another facility, making us a trusted partner for companies in a wide range of markets.

Our team of specialised engineers, project managers and planners work closely with the client on moving the product through the various stages of the engineering project, like: specification, concept, basic design, detailed design, fabrication / realisation / (modular) prototyping, testing / design review, post-engineering

Additionally, services such as assembly, installation, testing, maintenance or other forms of aftercare are regularly performed by Antonius.

Speciality

Our speciality is manufacturability, which includes steel construction, material selection, production techniques, sheet metal and assembly. This expertise allows us to already consider the manufacturing impact of choices during the design and prototyping phase, preventing delays or significant increases in production costs.

Our engineering and project management capabilities have grown significantly and, as a result, we have attracted new customers that make full use of both our specialised expertise and manufacturing experience. Vessel heads are still an important part of our business, but we are now deploying that know-how to other markets as well.
